- Are franchises available in my city?
Yes! Franchises are still available in all US cities. - Do I have to have a dance background to own a franchise?
Having a dance background is helpful, but we have an extensive training program which includes dance instruction. - I have never owned my own business and have little business background, is that a problem?
You can absolutely have a thriving Tippi Toes franchise even with little background in business. Tippi Toes will provide you with tools to help build your business and you will learn a great deal along the way!
- How do I find out more information or get in contact with the owners of Tippi Toes?
Visit the Tippi Toes Franchise Page and complete the Franchise Questionnaire. A member of the Tippi Toes team will contact you after reveiwing your Franchise form. - Do I have to buy a building or studio to own a Tippi Toes franchise?
Tippi Toes classes are held on location, you can run the business from the comfort of your own home. This keeps the start-up costs low and ensures that your overhead expenses are kept to a bare minimum. It also means that you're not committed to one specific studio location and can reach children throughout your area. - How does Tippi Toes appoint franchisees?
Tippi Toes is looking to create a large family/network of Tippi Toes franchises. We are looking for the right people for our business so that we can ensure top-notch quality in every Tippi Toes franchise. We want to make sure that the prospective franchisee is fully informed about Tippi Toes and that Tippi Toes is fully informed about the prospective franchisee. When the match is right for both parties - we will appoint that person with a Tippi Toes franchise.
FAQs for Tippi Toes Dance Classes
- When can I enroll my child in class?
We do not have specific enrollment times so you can usually enroll anytime. - Can my child try class out before we sign up?
You are welcome to come and try out a class before committing to enrollment. Please just notify the teacher that you are just trying the class and provide your name and phone number to the teacher. - What are the kids supposed to wear to class?
The dancer’s can wear whatever they feel comfortable in. Most children wear dance attire, for example, leotard, tights, stretch pants or tutu. - Are there special shoes needed?
No special shoes are required, however ballet slippers are best for the dancers. A pair of light pink ballet leather ballet slippers can be ordered through Tippi Toes. Boys can wear the black ballet shoes or just socks - How long are the classes?
Each class is 45 minutes and meets once a week - Can I come and watch class?
Parents are welcome to watch class as long as they are not distracting the dancers. If siblings or parents are distracting to the teacher or dancers we will ask all guests to stay outside of the classroom - How much is tuition for dance class?
All classes tuition prices vary depending on the location. Tuition is due on the first of each month. - What is the registration fee and how much is it?
The registration fee is an annual fee due at the time of enrollment. This fee allows our customers to have an online account and is non-refundable. The registration fee is $30. - How much is the recital costume fee?
The costume fee may range from $50-$60 and the dancer will get to keep the costume. Contact your local Tippi Toes to find out the costume fee in your area. - Is there a recital?
Yes we will have a mini-shows during class time in October and December and we will have a big recital outside of normal class time in May - What happens at the recital?
The dancer’s perform their dances wearing costumes on stage! They perform 2-3 dances they have learned in class and parents, friends, family are welcome - When is the recital?
The date of the recital is in the month of May and the specific dates and times are determined in the fall and posted under recital information. - How long is the dance session?
We do not operate based on sessions. Instead we offer classes from September through May as well as summer sessions if you decide to leave at anytime after enrollment you must notify the Tippi Toes manager. Most customers continue through the entire year, but you pay on a monthly basis so there is great flexibility for parents - How can I enroll my child?
You will enroll and make monthly payments through our Tippi Toes website. Visit, www.TippiToesDance.com and find the location/city that you will enroll your child. Follow the steps for the online enrollment for a quick and easy enrollment. - When I enroll why does it show a price for the entire year?
Although the price you see initially is for the remaining dance year, if you continue through the enrollment process you will have the option to only pay for the first month of tuition and the enrollment fee. We show you the remaining cost for the class and costume fee so that we can offer automatic payments throughout the rest of the year. - Will I ever be charged without being notified?
You should never be charged without being notified before.
