Morgan Sizemore owns Tippi Toes Louisville, KY and has built a strong, reliable team with long-term teachers who help keep everything running smoothly. She consistently stays on top of her business, comes prepared to every call, and does a great job leveraging her team and resources to manage it all with intention.

We asked Morgan about a recent win or special moment, and she shared this:

“One recent win that stands out is our continued focus on building strong relationships within the schools and communities we already serve, which continues to open new doors for growth!

A few months ago, we partnered with a new public school in our district, where our manager developed a strong relationship with the school’s Family Resource Coordinator (FRC). Through that connection, we learned about a quarterly meeting attended by FRCs from across the district. Our manager proactively asked to attend and present our program, and the opportunity was welcomed! She attended the meeting, brought treats, and presented to representatives from 16 schools across the district. As a result, we’ve already begun connecting with several new schools and are in the process of setting up several classes for next semester!

Experiences like this reinforce how investing in existing relationships can organically lead to meaningful expansion opportunities and broader community impact!”
